Ive got 13.9K and 2500 AC (mix of Citizens and DoDH drops) at level 70, only about 125 AA (bout 6 ranks in CS/CA, 2 in Slay undead)
Popped Holyforge and intensity right away, and watched the HP just fall off the Shade. Max hit on me was about 150, most around 75-90. Never dropped below about 96% (no heals needed)and the fight lasted about 90 seconds.
I soloed this mob at level 67, buffed at just over 11.5khp, had a few defense and offense AA's up and about 1838 ac. It didn't hit much over 300 at a time. Big upside was lay hands was up and no wanderers and took down in a couple minutes.
Never hit for more than 305 and didn't seem to flurry too often. Didn't need any actual heals during the fight and could have even gotten by without using Ward of Tunare. Died rather quick thanks to slay undead.
Mob type is definitely Undead - Slay Undead proc works fine.
Immunue to root/snare.
General location as noted in the older post is correct: 703, 884 - very close to the Qinimi zoneline. There may be one or more See Invis mobs in the hallway as you approach.
I would have used the new wiki edit system but I'm too dumb to finger it out.
can confirm this is an easy mob, took my chanter bot with me. unlsowable, hits for 500ish max, not especialy fast. fight finished with me at 40% health and 85% mana, mob was easy enough that I didnt feel any need to make an effort to self heal with 10.8k hp/2k ac.
I brought a full group out to this and was embarrassed when we completely destroyed him in seconds.
Druid ported to Barindu, then no-fail invis'd, zoned to Qinimi, then Ferubi.
Zoned in, none saw invis (checked them), ran to Shade of Reiya (Shade gave off some shout in red upon zone in).
At 11.5k, 2k Shade landed average hits of 85-205, and one max hit of 381. Lasted 20-30 seconds max.
Wish i woulda had group let me attempt a solo on him, he dropped like a ninny, think I coulda done it w/SU1, PoP defensive, SB3, 1100dd nuke, self-buffs + shammy :P
If ye want a challenge, bring a healer + one dps then have them sit there as insurance while you solo Shade. Wish I had lol!
At any rate, upon death, the Shade's corpse says "My master and his followers in Vxed will avenge my death, mortal!".
Leading us to the intro for the next portion of the quest :)
Force of Akera landed successfully on Reiya. That means he's level 61 or under. Having said that, he did resist most of my stuns.
I found him actually easier than most of the mobs we had to clear to reach him. Bring a group for the trash; you can probably solo Reiya at 70 and in decent gear (I'm 11Khp and 2K AC buffed).

After reading Lady TecoMedico's post i thought why not i havent been able to get people to come help me kill this guy so ill go try to solo him. expecting to die of corse, i was still buffed up from my previous group had 11k hps 2.1kac i zoned into Furubi got the zonewide emote inivsed up ran to where he was checked for roamers didnt seem to be any so i hit Holyforge disc and charged at him first hit i did a double slay resaulting in around 6k dmg total and that took him down to 80% hps or so he doent have many hps at all whole fight was over before holyforge ran half way out and i only healed self once i mentioned my stats above so people could get a idea of what hes like hes very soloable did it with ease if your still unsure just grab a healer friend to be safe but duo shouldnt be a problem at all
This mob IS NOT level 75. As a pally working on epic 1.5 you could solo this one, once you get to him. Hardly any hp... happened to wander in there with a group to farm cleric pages when I had the shard on me and spawned it. Cake mob to take down with a full group... didnt last 30 sec lol
can confirm this mob was blue con to level 70. resisted all my stuns. brought cleric, shaman and rogue not knowing what to expect. rogue dps tore through it like a hot knife through butter. no heals were needed, didn't even flurry. hit me no harder than 350. felt really bad about dragging the other three with me, though very grateful to them. also, think we invised past only five mobs from qinimi zone line before finding shade. good luck, paladins.
