Zigan Ribshard says 'Another sad little adventurer looking for a new conquest eh? Well I've got something for you but you'll need to check in with a few [friends] of mine before you can have anything to do with it.'
You say, 'Friends?'
Zigan Ribshard says 'They've all gone and holed themselves up in some bloody forest. There's five of them in all. One is a wannabe necromancer, spends all day tinkering with bones he does. The next is just some daft old man. I don't know how I got mixed up with him. Another is a fool with delusions of being a grand entertainer telling stories all day long. And then there's the [halflings]. . .'
You say, 'Halflings?'
Zigan Ribshard says 'There's Mippie to start. She's the type that doesn't know when to stop. I met up with her at a fantastic party in the Freeport catacombs. She'd put someone like you under the table without much trouble I'd wager. The other one is just . . . Well odd. Last I saw he was trying to convince people he was a vampire or some such. I can't imagine anyone feeling threatened by a blood sucking halfling. Anyways, once you've dealt with them come see me again, and remember to bring a costume!'
You'll need to complete the tasks from these 5 NPCs, all of which start in Kithicor Forest. Once you've completed all five tasks, return to Zigan Ribshard for an illusion-click mask.

Just go to the costume seller by main Pok bank.. pick and use any costume... go backj.. and hail him... boom.. you got your clicky (and spell if you are an enchanter)
The five (5) related sub-tasks (quests) are:
Trick or Treat for the Old Man (from Old Man Draykey in Kith)
The Hungry Halfling (from Mippie Diggs in Kith)
Missing Costume Pieces (from A Dressed-Up Halfling in Kith)
Bone Collector (from Barsin the Bone Collector in Kith)
Out with the Old (a Monster Mission)(Bristlebane's Ticket of Admission is trigger item for this)(from Cathil and A Silly Puppet in Kith.... Wenan is the Puppet's real name, as Cathil refers to him).
Depending on your current Level, he will reward you with one of the following masks:
Dusty Bone Mask of Horror (Recommended Level 10)
Cracked Bone Mask of Horror (Required Level 10)
Hardened Bone Mask of Horror (Required Level 20)
Strengthened Bone Mask of Horror (Required Level 30)
Calcified Bone Mask of Horror (Required Level 40)
Solid Bone Mask of Horror (Required Level 50)
Bone Mask of Horror (Required Level 60)
A note about the Bristlebane's Ticket of Admission: It can be awarded on any of the related tasks except "Out with the Old," as the ticket is the trigger for that particular mission. Also, since you can do the other four missiosn in any order, there is another catch. The Ticket will NOT be offered or awarded until after you have done any three of the other four missions, based on my experience/research.

So disappointing. He hung around all year after last Halloween. I was looking forward to upgrading the mask as I levelled. That's why I did the quest even though I'm low level.
Just curious... since he's still hanging around.
