He is part of the VP key quest. Turn in the 3 pieces of medallion of Jarsath to him and he gives you Medallion of the Jarsath. NPC turnin mob, not much else.

Killed this guy just to see what he dropped. I got a shovel, a summoned sword no rent, ring of levitation no rent, and flayed skin tunic 16ac 20hp 5sav to everything magic, poison, disease, etc... long spawn time and pretty tuff for a level 30, keep in mind he casts spells.

I'm pretty sure that All monsters have a set weapon damage level for they're level to a wurmslayer (1hs) on a skeleton or orc would be no different than a rusty 1hs sword. you might as well drop the slayer on the ground.

well its obviuos some mage decided to load this fella up the ring and sword are mage summoned items and prolly the flayed tunic was given to him also i do this alot in newbie areas because if you shout free aror to untwinked you still get a few that try to get items just to sell them but if you load up a rat most twinks dont loot a rat after they kill it but a true newbie will loot the wiskers and such because we all know when your a newbie every copper peice counts

Heh, I had a harvester I couldn't sell, gave it to a gate guard in Freeport, the effect is deadeye (see invisible), watch him slay those invised trolls and ogres mwuhahahahah

excellent idea there.... i am going to do that from now on. when i have fee newbie stuff to give away, ill just put it on a rat or decaying skeleton. thank you =)

don't put it on decaying skellies..everyone loots those coz of high pc selling for stacks.....rats and snakes are prob ur best bet....but if noone kills them, they seem to lose it after like 15 mins

hehe, when i get high lvl and money isnt nothing to me, im gonna buy a wurmslayer and give it to a skelly, lets see a newbie take that from a skelly 8P
Hehe that would be funny to see. You might choose a less unique looking weapon though. Wurmslayers are easy to pick out. It would be obvious what weapon it was and I sure know I'd kill that skele fast. Anyways, those things go for a K or two on E'Ci and I don't know what you consider high level but 1k is still a decent ammount to me. Not an amount I'd like to waste on a joke. I think that I may gu arround giving skeles Axes of the Ironback. Hehe now THAT would be funny because I do not believe that weapon delay makes a difference on mobs (I know it dosn't for my pets. They nerfed the 2 FS dagger thing. :[ ) I aught to find out if NPCs have a cap for their damage bonuses gained from weapons.

Theres another weapon that looks exactly like wurmslayer its a Iksar Warrior Quest Pike, so try to pick that out too heh, but its also no drop so i take that back
