75 Druid, Ranger, Shaman, Mage with a 70 Warrior. Lasted 30 seconds. All 75s are mostly TSS 1 group geared. With between 100 and 600 aas, closer to 100 aas
70 dru (me, largely DoN and DoDh geared, 8.5k hp buffed, 7.7k mana, 250ish aa's with healing lines and destructive fury done), and 68 enc not as geared (pre-ep PoP with DoN and DoDh supplements and maybe 150 aa's).
Forgive me if I reiterate. =)
Swamp alligators swim in the moat surrounding CT. Had a brief notion that we'd get jumped by either ogre or dark elf wanderers but didn't have an issue. Normal yellow text from the alligator before you get under the bridge is about him being hungry. Once under the bridge, the text will change but takes a second or two. Alligator poofs, and in comes Swamp Terror.
Dragged him out of the water to CT side of the moat and went to work. Tried to back against a tree to prevent the knockback, but was impossible since none of the trees right there have a corner that we saw lol. Started swinging away and landed Sun's Corona and Vengeance of the Sun between knockbacks, also landing Stormwatch and several Solstice Strikes. Enchanter using Psychosis mainly.
Went into fight with an HoT X potion going, and only needed one full heal (Chlorotrope but didn't exceptional) and one more HoT (SotW) for the rest of the fight. Can confirm partial slowability with Forlorn Deeds, but landed on first attempt without Tash.
And incidentally, Swamp Terror looks like a tentacle terror from the bottom of Unrest, but a much much huger version.
Edit: Oh yeah! Also sent in my aa bear (level 1 of 3), popped Spirit of the Wood (level 3 of 3) and Nature's Boon (level 1 of 5).
2nd edit: He loved to summon right after knockback! He'll knockback, summon and knockback again. Most of our successful casts happened by staying put after the knockback and casting from that distance.
Just killed him today with a 70 enchanter, 70 druid and 56 pally. (just for that extra damage) He had some type of knock back spell (tentical knock back), resisted chanter and pally stun, was partially slowable.Other than that all spells stuck. Chanter was rune tanking. Try pinning yourself against a tree to keep yourself from getting knocked back. Took about three mins to kill in all a pretty easy kill. We come from a small guild with less than 300 AA's each. Hope this helps.
Immune to run speed changes Max hit recorded was upper 700s Kicks and Bashes, too Summons ~32k hit points I soloed him self buffed. I am time / qvic equiped with 6863hp, 8620mana, 732AAs and 1496ac with no buffs at all but it was a very close fight as I was oom and about 50% health when my last nuke landed and killed him.
Ok the guild I belong took this guy down for me yesterday. We had 2 groups that had 2 cleric's each; our max raid level average was 63. Although I died from bringing him to the shore; he was dead in a matter of moments. One of our Shammy's lvl 65 did tell me that she managed to hit him with a partial slow. So dispite what they say, he can't be fully slowed but with persistance he can be partially slowed. We did agree that he could have been done with One good solid group.

Allrighty. This mob spawns under the water after taking yer charmed alligator under the bridge north of CT entrance. Have yer group sitting on the bridge.
After it spawns, walk out of the water and onto the bridge to engage. Less than 30k hp on this guy. Max hit on me was 647, same with tank. averaged around 200's in melee. Didnt notice any spells or AoE's.
All in all, easy fight. 5 person group was overkill.
