Spawned on the 3rd floor (up 2 ramps from after the 1st elevator), north bubble.
Also, the time he spawned for me, he was in the upper half of the bubble, sitting on the chair. (he was on the SE corner of the central pillar, with his back to the door)
It makes me wonder if gnomes that are SITTING are his PHers.

He spawned on the floor which is two ramps up (after taking the elevator at zone in). He was in the North pod, the second mob on the right, hugging the wall. No AEs or special effects noticed.
