Speak to Bloo the Exiled at 6.19, 7.76, 561.66 Copy in Obol Plains to begin this quest.

1. Kill 8 Rallosian taskmasters, on the dock southwest of Bloo.
2. Free 6 of the enslaved Waywards there. First talk to them to unchain them, then speak to them again once they're unchained so they go back.
3. Return to Bloo the Exiled to complete the quest.
