Examine a rusty metal bowl dropped from an Obol Ooze to begin this quest. Note: In Tears of Veeshan beta the a rusty metal bowl also drops from mobs in Vesspyr Isles, yet the quest refers you to a location that's within Obol Plains.

1. Speak to Bloo the Exiled on top of a rock near the Sanctuary in Obol Plains at 6, 8, 561 Copy
2. Gather pond water at 26, -5, 522 Copy
3. Place the bowl on the sparkles at -0.27, -4, 564 Copy
4. Kill 6 etherwisps or netherwisps.
5. Add the wisp parts to the bowl.
6. Pick up the bowl. This auto-completes the quest.
