Wands are a class of ranged weapons restricted to Mages, Priests, and Warlocks. They are more reasonable to deal damage than a melee weapon, which makes them the casters' weapon of choice.

There is no way to enhance the damage dealt by a wand, so wands typically have higher DPS values than other weapons.
