Speak to Fransisca Athermoor at (6459, 4639) along the Longshore Highway near Kelari Refuge to begin this quest. It is a subquest of The Little Scavenger Hunt, Part 1 and required to complete the Summer of Love achievement.

• Find and kiss Jakub the Morose
• He is found in the cave with the Trapped Citizens on the wwst side of Smith's Haven (7041, 5340).
