The Sewers of Altdorf

This dungeon is separated into three wings. The wings are entered at different points in Altdorf, and are completely separate from each other.

  • Down the alley south of the southeast corner of the Bright Wizard College, and the mobs are 14-15 Champions.
  • Just off the northeast corner of the Market Square, towards the docks. The mobs here are level 15 Champions.
  • The third entrance is on the west side of the Bright Wizard College and the mobs just inside the entrance are 17-18 Champions.

Wing 1

Pulls

When first entering, you will see several Warprot Clanrats scurrying about. Even though they may be spread apart, they will pull in packs of 3. Some of these packs may contain Warprot Stormvermin.

On your left, you will see Grey Seer Kleek. Kleek is a non-champion mob who goes down easy and doesn't drop anything special. He is likely for a quest that I have yet to locate.

After winding your way through the first small doorway, you will see one Warprot Stormvermin. There are two Warprot Assassins stealthed nearby that will pull as well. Your healer should be aware that the assassins will often chase after the squisher members of the group on the pull (sometimes even after being hit by the tank). After a few hits, the tank will be able to pick them up.

Following along leftwards, you will encounter a large pack of Warprot Vermin. These small rats don't have much of a bite and can be easily AoE'd down. An exit zone back to the city lies here, next to a friendly skaven. Tifflik may be involved with our friend Kleek from earlier, but I have yet to find out how, or get any kind of reaction from Tifflik.

A short side tunnel near this area holds Dolun Hammerson, the target of the quest Treasure Under Altdorf.

Several more Assassin pulls will lead you up to the doorway of the one boss in this section.

Bosses

Kokrit Man-Eater Kokrit is a giant rat ogre. His fight can be quite challenging, and is significantly more difficult than anything experienced so far. Kokrit's melee damage is moderate. He can randomly apply an 'Ogre Spit' dot on members of the group that ticks for enough to be an annoyance. His biggest threat, however, is his PBAoE Stomp move. This move hits for ~700 damage to everyone who is near to him. He uses this move often enough to make it quite difficult to keep up on healing.

There is an easy way to avoid it however. Although the range of this ability is larger than the room that Kokrit is in (and he doesn't like to pull out of that room), it is possible to position your tank in the doorway (just inside the room). This way, your healer and ranged DPS can back all the way down the hall to max range. This gets them out of the AoE, but still having LoS on the boss and the tank. This makes the fight much simpler.

Kokrit will drop a set of green level 17 boots every time. These boots are all part of the Keeper's set for each class. For example, see Keeper's Ashboots.
