You must wear the Ghorkaal Teir'Dal illusion to get this quest.

1. Fill the phylactery with the souls of slain humans and Koada'Dal 0/12
• Kill a wandering skeleton, found northeast of kithicor, near where the spiders spawn. You receive a message that says something about the memory of this cruel night is still part of the bones. Move to the Kithicor battlefield and the event starts.
• Select a spirit to pull away from the battle and kill. A new mob will then spawn, target and click phylactery item.
• It's been advised that pulling dark elves is more successful because they are not social with the other mobs.
