1. Improve the gearing for the siege components, which is nine combines. Grant gives you the recipe and a Satchel of parts (look in your inventory).
• Scribe Enchanted Ballista Mechanism, which is a level 92 recipe made on the Forge with Thaumaturgy, There's a forge by the mender.
• Examine the Satchel of seige components for the ingredients. You'll also need nine effulgent coal and nine rhenium ore.
2. Return the gears to Acting Supplymaster Grant.

NOTE: After you receive Ratcheting up the Danger tell Grant you'll do one more thing for him to receive Locating the Lost.
