Speak to Queen Antonia at 27, 0, 31 Copy in Queen Antonia's Chambers to begin this quest.

1. Travel to the Isle of Refuge in Tranquil Sea. Use a world globe to do this.
2. Search the tower damage:
• East: 833, 21, 1381 Copy
• North: 911, 22, 1302 Copy
• West: 958, 19, 1360 Copy
3. Find a survivor: This is Researcher Aillena at 978, 11, 1387 Copy
4. Speak to Aillena
5. Assist Aillena and Clackwhinge with their quests
• Follow Aillena's questline through The Bell Tolls Four
• Follow Clackwhinge's questline through Captain Greymast
6. Head southwest to Sapswill and speak to Waulon Highpebble at 1188, 8, 1249 Copy
7. Head north to the beach
• Click the blue sparkles at 1027, 5, 690 Copy
• Click on the footprints at 1017, 7, 709 Copy
8. Return to Waulon
9. Head to the tower and speak to Murrar Shar at 974, 7, 1432 Copy to complete the quest
