Examine an animated Gehein hand in Obol Plains to begin this quest. The item dropped from Geheins around the spires.

1. Speak to Alzar Anzrakiz within the Incantantory Apex at -85, 45, -207 Copy .
2. Kill some more Gehein until you have collected all of the appropriate body parts. These are auto-updates.
3. Return to Alzar.
4. Kill 9 nearby obol shamblers for vines (not dreadleafs).
5. Return to Alzar to complete the quest and get your Gehein by clicking on it (it's on the table by Alzar).
