This is one of several quests that is initiated by examining a table on the Thundering Steppes docks at -478.46, -21.03, -404.75 Copy . In order to fulfill this you must:

• Locate the Crater Mine 618, 0, 913 Copy
• Grab a stein from the north bandit camp on a table outside of two tents 1226.40, -0.69, 592.65 Copy
• Collect 8 Spears from the Steelhoof Marauders
