This is one of several quests that is initiated by examining a table on the Thundering Steppes docks (-478.46, -21.03, -404.75). In order to fulfill this you must:

• Collect 12 bow strings from Amazon Archers (south bandit camp near coldwind cove)
• Collect 3 clumps of rosin from Amazon Sharpshooters(south bandit camp near coldwind cove)
• Collect 32 planks of wood from the Plains Arbor
