In order to fulfill this you must:

• Harvest 32 pounds of fish from near the griffon tower at Coldwind Cove in the Thundering Steppes
• Collect 24 fillets from the Crater Fish that swim around the area's waters
• Collect six purple-suckered tentacles from Tide Octopi in the Thundering Steppes 1176, -53, 1193 Copy
