This is one of several quests that can be activated by examining a table on the docks in the Nektulos Forest. (+804.63, +6.03, -116.53). It requires you to:

• Collect 12 armor vestments from Sullian Fairies
• Collect 8 epees from Sullian Royal Guards (-755, -2185, NW of Bone Lake)
• Visit the trail leading up to Nektropos Castle (-1327, -1848)
