3. Improvise a recipe at the Engraved Desk. You auto-scribed Recipe for Makeshift Barricades. You will need:
• 2 leonid roots
• 1 uncut tourmaline
• 1 Effulgent Incense
4. Forge a barricade (the recipe auto-scribed). You'll need:
• 1 iodocus cluster
• 1 larix lumber
• 1 cadmium ore
• 1 Effulgent Coal
5. Show the barricade to Arms Master Ryan.
6. Take the recipe to Quartermaster Roberta Robbins.
