These mobs are triggered spawns for the Chosen Foes quests during the Druid Ring Reconstruction event. To spawn these mobs, you must use the sky lure wherever you receive a message informing you that you hear the flapping of leathery wings. This always occurs in the center of wherever there are magiliths in the zone.
Their difficulty depends on how many people are in group. A solo encounter will spawn a v and a vv mob.
