The reward for the Fae and Arasai Flight series. It shrinks you and allows you to fly. While it's a hotbar ability instead of a mount, we're categorizing it with the appropriate mount runspeeds.

• Reduces maximum falling speed of caster
• Summons a mount to ride (not really)
• Increases your ground speed by 65%
• Increases your air speed by 150%
• Shrinks the caster by 50%
• Must not be engaged in combat
