2	Puncture	Treachery	35	5ft	Damaging	Instant		No Cooldown	You quickly stab your target twice, dealing damage based on your Blood Lust. Costs 20% fewer Action Points per Blood Lust spent, requires Blood Lust.
4	Kiss of Agony	Carnage	20	5ft	Buff	Instant	2 minutes	10s	You stab into your target causing X damage, and their blood sticks to your corrupted blades. For the next 2 minutes, all of your attacks have a 25% chance to inflict agonizing pain on your target, causing an additional X damage and stealing Y points of Initiative from them for 10 seconds. You may only use a single kiss at a time. Builds 1 Blood Lust.
5	Agonizing Wound	Treachery	35	5ft	Damaging	Instant		No Cooldown	A cruel attack to your target, which deals X damage. If you are behind your target, you ignore your target's armor. Builds 1 Blood Lust.
6	Heart Render Toxin	Suffering	35	5ft	Ailment	Instant	10s	No Cooldown	You quickly strike your target two times, dealing damage and inflicting an Ailment on them for 10 seconds which reduced their Wounds. Costs 20% fewer Action Points per Blood Lust spent, requires Blood Lust.
7	Feinted Positioning		25	65ft range	Debuff	Instant	10s	60s	Your positional attacks can be used without the positional requirement for 10 seconds. Does not affect morale abilities.
8	Enchanting Beauty		20	No range	Debuff	Instant	15s	30s	Your unearthly Elven beauty Detaunts all enemies within 30 feet, making them hate you less and causing them to deal 50% less damage to you for 15 seconds. If you attack anyone that you have Detaunted, the effect will immediately end.
9	Kiss of Death	Suffering	20	5ft	Buff	Instant	2 minutes	10s	You stab into your target causing X damage, and their blood sticks to your corrupted blades. For the next 2 minutes, all of your attacks have a 25% chance to inflict agonizing pain on your target, causing an additional X damage and cause any healing abilities that the victim uses to become 50% less effective for 5 seconds. You may only use a single kiss at a time. Builds 1 Blood Lust.
10	Shadow Prowler		No cost	No range	Buff	2s		30s	You prowl through the shadows, making it less likely that hostile monsters will notice you, but slowly draining away your action points. This effect will end if you use any abilities or run out of action points.
10	Vehement Blades	Carnage	No cost	No range	Ailment	Instant	15s/10s	No Cooldown	You leap out of the shadows in an insane rage. Each time your target uses a melee ability, your target will take X damage for each melee ability used over the next 15 seconds. Your abilities will cost 50% fewer Action Points for 10 seconds. Builds 2 Blood Lust. Requires Prowling.
12	Ruthless Assault	Carnage	15/sec	5ft	Damaging	Instant	3s	8s	A relentless string of attacks which repeatedly strikes your target up to 6 times over 3 seconds. Costs 20% fewer Action Points per Blood Lust spent, requires Blood Lust.
14	Sever Limb	Carnage	40	5ft	Ailment	Instant	5s	10s	A precise Crippling attack that deals X damage and disarms your target for 5 seconds, making them unable to use melee or ranged weapons. Requires a Parry.
16	Throat Slitter	Treachery	25	5ft	Ailment	Instant	3s	20s	A swift slice that silences your target, making them unable to use magic for 3 seconds. You will also deal X damage to your target if you attack them from behind.
18	Fleet-Footed		45	No range	Buff	Instant	10s	60s	Your swift footwork and quick thinking removes all roots and snares from you. For the next 10 seconds, roots and snares will have no effect on you.
20	Enfeebling Strike	Suffering	No Cost	5ft	Ailment	Instant	15s/10s	No Cooldown	You ambush your target from the shadows and strike with a Crippling attack. Your target will take X damage every time they move for 15 seconds. Your abilities will cost 50% fewer Action Points for 10 seconds. Builds 2 Blood Lust. Requires Prowling.
22	Sever Blessing	Suffering	25	5ft	Damaging	Instant		5s	You sever one Blessing from your enemy and do X damage. Target must have a Blessing.
25	Wracking Pains	Suffering	35	5ft	Ailment	Instant	21s	No cooldown	A brutal attack that deals X Spirit damage to your target over 21 seconds. If the target is Ailing, then their Toughness and Weapon Skill will also be reduced by Y for 21 seconds.
30	Treacherous Assault	Treachery	No cost	No Range	Ailment	Instant	15s/10s	No Cooldown	You leap out at your target in a maddened battle craze, immediately gaining 2 Blood Lust. Your target will take X damage every time they use a magical attack for 15 seconds. Your abilities will cost 50% fewer Action Points for 10 seconds. Requires Prowling.
35	Kiss of Betrayal	Treachery	20	5ft	Buff	Instant	2 minutes	10s	You stab into your target causing X damage, and their blood sticks to your corrupted blades. For the next 2 minutes, all of your attacks have a 25% chance to deal an additional Y damage to your target. The unnatural venom will absorb your victim's life force, stealing 20 Action Points from the enemy and giving them to you. You may only use a single kiss at a time. Builds 1 Blood Lust.
40	Agile Escape		No cost	5ft	Ailment	Instant	2s	30s	Stuns your target for 2 seconds as you leap backwards, jumping away from them.

x5	Elixir of Insane Power	Carnage	25	No range	Buff	Instant	7s	60s	A vile brew which drives you into a rage for the next 7 seconds. All of your attacks will ignore the victim's armor. You may only use a single Elixir at a time.
x9	Pierce Armor	Carnage	35	5ft	Ailment	Instant	20s	10s	A powerful stab that slices through the target's defenses, dealing X damage to your target and ignoring all of their armor. If the target suffers from an Ailment, then their armor will also be reduced by Y for 20 seconds. Builds 1 Blood Lust.
x13	On Your Knees!	Carnage	35	No range	Ailment	Instant	2s	10s	You spin around and strike nearby enemies with a pair of quick punishing attacks which deal damage to victims within 30 feet (up to 6 at 5 Blood Lust), and knock them down for 2 seconds. Costs 20% fewer Action Points per Blood Lust spent, requires Blood Lust.
x5	Elixir of Blades	Suffering	25	No range	Buff	Instant	7s	60s	A power witch's brew which hastens your reactions for the next 7 seconds. Any time an enemy strikes you, you will deal X damage back to them. You may only use a single Elixir at a time.
x9	Black Lotus Blade	Suffering	30	5ft	Ailment	Instant	10s	10s	A deadly strike which deals X damage to your target and infects them with Black Lotus toxin, causing all healing that they receive for the next 10 seconds to become 50% less effective. Builds 1 Blood Lust.
x13	Witchbrew	Suffering	35	No range	Debuff	Instant		10s	You consume a noxious liquid distilled from blood which fills you with power, causing your next several attacks (up to 6 attacks at 5 Blood Lust) to each deal an additional X Spirit damage to all enemies within 20 feet of your target. Costs 20% fewer Action Points per Blood Lust spent, requires Blood Lust.
x5	Elixir of the Cauldron	Treachery	25	No range	Buff	Instant	7s	60s	A potion filled from the legendary Cauldron of Blood which fills you with power, increasing your chance to disrupt enemy magic by 100% for 7 seconds. You may only use a single Elixir at a time.
x9	Heart Seeker	Treachery	25	5ft	Buff	Instant	3s	20s	A shocking strike which deals X damage and stuns your target for 3 seconds. Builds 1 Blood Lust. Target must be facing away from you.
x13	Sacrificial Stab	Treachery	35	5ft	Damaging	Instant		10s	You offer up your target as a sacrifice, stabbing them twice and healing yourself for all damage that you dealt. Costs 20% fewer Action Points per Blood Lust spent, requires Blood Lust.

28	Dance of Doom	1	5ft	3s	You concentrate on your target, repeatedly dealing X damage to them for up to 3 seconds.
32	Death Reaper	3	No range	10s	Increase group's critical hit chance by 50% for 10 seconds.
36	Web of Shadows	2	No range		Deals X damage to all enemies in front of you, up to 65 feet away.
40	Frenzied Slaughter	4	No range	9s/10s	All of your abilities will cost 25% fewer action points, cool down 50% faster, and deal 20% more damage for 7 seconds.
Masteries that build CORE Morale
x15	Carnage-Blade Spin	4	No range	5s	Deals X damage over 5 seconds to all enemies within 30 feet.
x15	Treachery-Overwhelming Dread	4	No range	10s	All enemies within 30 feet instantly lose 125 Action Points, and will regain action points 50% more slowly for the next 10 seconds.
x15	Suffering-Fling Poison	4	No range	5s	Deals X damage over 5 seconds to all enemies in front of you, up t o 65 feet away.

13	Jagged Edge	Any time you critically hit an enemy, they will begin to bleed, suffering an additional X damage over 9 seconds.
15	Whirling Blades	Your attacks which build Blood Lust will now have a 33% chance to build one additional Blood Lust.
17	Alignment of Naggaroth	Spiritual resistance increased by X.
19	Brute Force	Increases your Strength by X.
21	Increased Pain	Your critical hits will inflict 50% more damage.
23	Bathing in Blood	Any time you kill an enemy, you will regain X health over 9 seconds.
25	Flanking	All of your attacks deal 15% more damage when you strike an enemy from the sides or rear.
27	Frenzied Mayhem	Increases your chance to critically hit by 3% for each Blood Lust point you have.
29	Riposte	Each time you parry an enemy's attack, you will strike them back for X damage which they can not prevent.
31	Exotic Venom	Increases the durations of Vehement Blades, Enfeebling Strike, and Treacherous Assault by an additional 5 seconds.
33	For the Hag Queen!	Your Frenzies will now have a 10% chance per point spent to knock the enemy down for 3 seconds.
35	Taste of Blood	Any time you take damage, there is a 25% chance that you will cause 15% more damage over 10 seconds.
37	Swift Pursuit	Fleet-Footed will now also increase your run speed by 25%
39	Sacrifices Rewarded	Any time you are critically hit by an enemy, you will become protected by a barrier which will absorb up to X damage. This effect will not trigger more than once every 3 seconds.
Masteries that build CORE Tactics
x3 Treachery	Swift Movements	Reduces Feinted Positioning cooldown time by 40 seconds.
x7 Treachery	Baneful Touch	Any time you attack an enemy from the sides or rear, there is a 25% chance that the victim will lose 40 Action Points.
x11 Treachery	Masterful Treachery	After hitting an enemy with Treacherous Assault, Vehement Blades, or Enfeebling Strike, you will deal 20% more damage for 10 seconds.
x3 Carnage	Sharpened Edge	All of your Frenzies will now reduce the victim's armor by 75% for 3 seconds.
x7 Carnage	Broad Severing	Sever Limb will now sweep out in an arc in front of you, striking enemies within 20 feet.
x11 Carnage	Swift Blades	Increases your chance to parry attacks by 10%. Each time you parry an attack, you will regain 20 Action Points. This effect will not trigger more than once every 3 seconds.
x3 Suffering	Kiss of Doom	Increases the chances for all of your Kisses to trigger by 25%
x7 Suffering	Septic Blade	Envenomed Blade will now also reduce the victim's chance to critically hit by 25%.
x11 Suffering	Healer's Bane	All of your Path Of Suffering attacks gain a 25% chance to reduce the victim's healing abilities by 50% for 10 seconds.
