The Soul of the Stormcaller (Rift Quest)  

This is perhaps the most misunderstood quest in the game. You do NOT have to go to a Rift to do it. Just step away from the NPCs so they do not interfere, then use the Stormcaller Soul Net. This will summon Amunet. Now, kill him, target the corpse and use the Soul Siphon.
