With GU64 the Down Below can be accessed from any "Travel Within Qeynos" bell. All the quests are intact.

• A Crumpled Note (6) - examine a crumpled note
• An Ancient Scepter (10) - examine A Tarnished Scepter
• An Intriguing Eye (10) - examine a pile of books near Merchant Adair Barnes. Leads to a short series.
• Defiled Drem Drem (9) - examine a coffin in the Down Below at -202, 0.33, -57 Copy
• Goods Down Below (5) - Examine a coffin in the Down Below at -202, 0.33, -57 Copy
• Slime Samples - Tradeskill Level 80 - requires your Tradeskill Epic
• Working the Down Below (8) - Speak to Merchant Adair Barnes
