Template:Build RoM Item Set2  

This template does the actual work to display a single armor type for Item Sets.

Usage:

IF items is blank display only the msg that no definition for this type is found in the current armor set.

IF items=X, display the msg that this set does not have that type.

IF notes is not blank, display it, no matter what else.

IF color is not blank, the background is black and we should use full item coloring
