Rift Quest:Seals Against the Deep  

In low resolution mode I could NOT see any of the markers that I needed to use the "Arcane seal binding' on. I had to uncheck 'low quality renderer' and reboot the game to be able to see these clouds to click on. Yet another buggy quest for low res
