Nela Valcuthren, Stonefield, Quarrystone Road

Nela Valcuthren spawns on the Quarrystone Road and then travels along it (southern part) with her companion, Khotter. She is hard to find as their lifespan is often short by walking close to many rifts/invaders or crossing paths with players on road.
