Inside the Unterbaum Cemetary Public Quest, if you travel along the path you will see a wagon filled with corpses. Slightly to the southwest of the wagon, at around 41k/40k is a gravestone labeled Rest in Peace. Interacting with the gravestone will grant you the unlock.
