Use the Sucking Bottle (Ggl)s on Weeping Coast Wild Rays to get Current Fluctuation x10 (Ggl).

The range is point blank so you will have to get attacked but you should avoid attacking them, just use the bottle. Tell your pet not to attack, or dismiss him, if you have one.
