You must be at least Level 18 to receive this quest.

Use Ancalon's Barrette (Ggl) to destroy Spirit Binding Pearl and defeat Demon Witch Ancalon to release Ancalon (Ggl).

At the end of the zone, behind the Sealed Door, you will fight and slay Demon Witch Ancalon. Afterwards, click on the Spirit Binding Pearl, then speak with Ancalon (Ggl) to get the next quest.
