This quest is unlocked when you reach level 31 Description Level 36 Power of the Elim Talk with Trajanus. Talk with the Voice of Arbolu. Meet Daminu and receive his essence. Meet Lodas and receive his essence. Take the essences to Voice of Arbolu. Destroy Splintered Rotrons and Motheaten Agrints and bring their souls to Voice of Arbolu. Contaminated Elim Crystal (50) (PW/AA) Order: Help Trajanus deal with the Agrints and Rotrons. To talk to Voice of Arbolu, you can stand on the black rock at 203.6, 1615.8, 124.2. You can copy the following and paste it into chat to create a map link:

According to advice from a player posted over at AionArmory, you should concentrate on the Agrints, as the Rotrons are harder to kill since they can heal. Sounds like good advice. I remember seeing a few of the Motheaten Agrints near Arbolu's Haven, towards the Lepharist Research Center.
