This is just a placeholder so that the page name categorizes correctly, and also to provide you with our Other Resources links so that you can look for the info elsewhere since we don't have all of it.
There can be many reasons for this but the most likely is that, as we plow through a zone gathering data, sometimes it just gets to be too much and, rather than leave redlinks which don't tell you very much, we use this much-abbreviated format to just slap in whatever info we do have. Then we can come through and clean it up on our next pass through (or YOU can!

You need 5 bottles of Salve. If you do not have it you will need to buy it from the Auction House as it is player-made. Thanks to this quest there are almost always a few lots of 5 available for sale for around 5,000 buyout.
There is also a quest, [10] Examine the Situation, in Obsidian Stronghold, that gives Salve x10 as it's reward. It is a quick run from the Giver to the Receiver. If you wish to use the Snoop portals and you have the unlocks, go from Harf Trading Post to Obsidian Stronghold and take the internal teleporter to the Trading Plaza. Reverse to return or just use your Transport Book if you dropped ink in Harf Trading Post like you should have.
