You need help from a female character to do this. Just ask the zone or your guild if there are any females out there that would like to kiss a frog, group with one and complete the quest. She does need to be present, at the frog, to advance the quest. When the girl-player talks to the frog, he changes into his true form, Ice Crab Chris (Ggl). Speak to Chris to complete the quest!

Shortly after, he changes back into the frog. The Gold Reward Ball (Ggl) does not seem to have any purpose, but sells for 50 .

We assume a female character could do this one solo.
