The Gilded Prophecy is entered through a portal in Tempest Plains (Shimmersand) that is only visible to those with the Omen Sight or Quantum Sight Ascended Power (available for 25,000 Planarite from the Rare Planar Goods vendor in your home city). Only the person that will zone the raid into the zone needs the Sight.

This is a 10-man Raid instance. The mobs inside are of Epic difficulty.
