Leave Angel Fruit x8 (Ggl) and Prepared bait (Ggl) for the White Mane Giant Wolves to eat, wait until they are done then gather Giant Wolf Dropping x8 (Ggl).

To do this you have to target a White Mane Giant Wolf, then use the bait (you have to be fairly close but not in aggro range). The poop will appear under him in a moment and he will fade away, leaving you free to gather it.

The next quest is not available until you are Level 46.
