Starting The Quest

To start this quest you must go speak to Bodenolf who is behind the counter in the Blacksmithing Guild.

I did this quest as a blacksmith so I don't know if it's any different as an armorer or not. Head to the blacksmith guild to start the quest you will enter an instance talk with Mimidoa.

Travel to Ul'dah and speak with Linette in the miners guild. Your NPC linkpearl will light up hit it 3~4 times to get all the information until Mimidoa fianlly says to head to the mines.

Head to Nanawa Mines and speak with Z'ssapa right at the entrance to the mines. You will enter an instance where you must parley with NPC's to keep their minds distracted while they are stuck behind the cave in. To parley with the NPC you must speak with them first. I only needed to win 3 different miner's for my quest to update.

At that point head to the end of the tunnel and speak with the composed miner. After a short CS click on the glowing spot marked "???" to get another CS.

Head back to Limsa Lominsa blacksmith guild (go in until an instance triggers). Once in the instance speak with Mimidoa again.

Next head to the ferry docks (Once you come to the gate a CS should trigger). During the CS you get an option of hearing of the Sirens or not (I choose that I heard of them before).

You leave the CS and enter an instance talk to the Full-Manned Ferry Captain to continue with another CS which is on the ferry (Make sure to listen to the music of the sirens during the CS).

Head back to the blacksmiths guild until an instance triggers, then speak with Mimidoa again. Mimidoa will ask you what the sirens song sounded like during the CS on the ferry (mine was option 3) pick an option then that ends the mission.

You get 30k gil and 3k guild marks.
