Speak to Blackhowl at 280.53, 94.42, 80.82 Copy in Obol Plains to begin this quest.

1. Kill 20 members of the Harrowing Horde. Find them inside the many fissures in the zone.
2. Return to Blackhowl to complete the quest.

You may now click on the statue next to Blackhowl to receive the quest An Unfinished Relic. You can also click on the altar to choose between the quests Drinal's Altar: Destruction of the Horde or Drinal's Altar: Death to the Horde.
