Speak to Ireatan at -141, 47, 769 Copy on Veeshana Tol within the Vesspyr Isles after completing Root Bound and Vyemm's Vengeance.

1. Head to the Droumlands ( 500, 360, -715 ) Copy
2. Use the potion Ireatan gives you to blind and then kill 10 aerakyn skywatchers
3. Destroy 10 Awakened weapon racks (on north side of island around Lord Vyemm). Attack the racks to destroy them.
4. Return to Ireatan to complete the quest.
