[92] Emergency Exit (Solo)
Category: The Eidolon Jungle
To start:

Speak Veris Windcall at 18, -5, 500 in The Eidolon Jungle to begin this quest.

  1. Find Veris' missing scouts. Once you walk into The Greyfall area around -87, 1, 724 you will get an update.
  2. Speak to Ely Havensaft at -113, 6, 756
  3. Free the three scouts (they can be tracked). Kill the Orafic shriekglom hovering near them then hail the scout. If they are not present at the time then someone else recently killed them; simply wait for them to respawn. When you hail the third scout (Mortimer) you'll be given a 4.5 minute timer! Save Mortimer for last, otherwise you might get entangled in extra combat while under a timer.
    • Scout Geraldine: -65, 6, 748
    • Scout Copperhair: -31, 12, 743
    • Scout Mortimer: -20, 13, 775
      • Escort him back to the camp. We had to hail him twice to get him to follow. Do not fly, you must run back with him!
      • He runs along a pre-determined path so keep close to him.
      • He will be attacked twice running in. You must kill whatever attacks him to continue.
      • The first attack is a single shriekglom at -24, 12, 751 .
      • The second attack is two etherglade prowlers (which will phase him or you around) at -83, -13, 529 . Get aggro quick on these as he dies very fast otherwise.
      • Once he reaches the tent at 25, -5, 492 he will say "Medic..." and collapse, then you'll get the update.
  4. If you fail to get the third scout back in time, or if he dies, you will have to re-free all three scouts.
  5. Speak to Veris to complete the quest.
