Black Powder (WAR History and Lore)  

This unlock is located inside the RVR area, so if you are coming back at a higher level to do this unlock, you will most likely turn into a chicken.

Otherwise, make your way to Ogrund's Tavern in the RVR area south of Dogbite Ridge Warcamp. Around the back of the building tucked into a corner, is a Black Powder Keg. Interacting with the barrel will grant you the unlock.
