To start this quest, return to Meek Angelina after completing Burial (there is no quest icon over her head), talk to her and say "You believe Polleck's death had something to do with Angelina. Blame her!", then fight and defeat her. She will be level 32. After defeating her she will offer this quest. It auto-completes.
