The list of required mobs in inaccurate. The only required mob(s) exist in Darklight Wood.

What you're seeing is that the quest requires you to kill Treants, and the db therefore lists all mobs that qualify. You could, theoretically, grab the quest, forget about it, and get the update while off doing something else killing treants.
