Seems to be bugged right now. There should be a cave entrance in the rock face where you killed the prowlers. For me & a few others it was just solid rock face & we couldn't get in to finish the quest. I sent a petition already, we'll see what happens.
**UPDATE**
Got a message back from SOE that I should delete my cache folder. Tried it, and it didn't work for me but it might for some. Have another petition pending.
