Someone awhile back pointed out that red mages have RDM 101, and it would be nice to have a BLM 101 for us to refer to. I wrote one up for this very reason. Hopefully the forum moderators find it valuable enough to post as a sticky here on the BLM forum.

Since most SMN pull use blood pact and release, i found it useful to fully macro a couple of particular abilities from start to finish.
This could be donw with really any of them, but for example Aerial Armor macro:
