My guess is you have to pick his pocket. I tried twice but he resisted both times and I was forced to Sprint to safety because of his 3 Bodyguards that spawn after you engage him.

At the top of your map just to the right of the Oracle glade is what looks like an opening in the rim of the tree, that is a river that flows off the edge of the tree. The Lady can spawn right or left of that opening near the edge of the tree. |

If all the members in the party have the quest (not sure if you have to share the quest) you will be able to loot with each member to get the tooth, when I did it duo with a hunter (he shared the quest with me) we were both able to loot the tooth |

The corpse is in the same zone. Its in North Gate Pass. If you head north along the road for a bit, you will see an offshoot to the left (west). Follow it. Where the path ends is a corpse in the snow, thats him, if you keep going, you find the bear. He is lvl 11. |

Comar is directly on the other side of Thandol pass, in Arathi, you cant miss him. As soon as you zone into the Wetlands, you will hit him. Its a TOUGH run tho, lots of 30+ RED mobs, and many human wanderers on the way. Hes cake at least, make up for the run =) |
