Meowy my lvl 18 Kitty bard on Bertox has one ceramic Dagger Sleave and one ceramic claw sleaves fully crafted.

Recommended does not mean that it cannot be equipped. I recently got some gauntlets in Umbral that were recommended 50 and no drop. They were bard/rogue only, and my 49 bard was able to wear them at the time. He is now 51, and the stats have not changed, nor has the Recommended level changed. |
