Ok, some of you know that Maat and I have had our differences in the past.
0-4 on this *****.
First fight was at level 66 just goofing off, didn't take any food in or vile elixers, just wanted to see what I could do.
2nd and 3rd fight was at 69 and did my normal thing slept to 100TP etc. Now what pissed me off, I had 100TP when I engaged, I hit him once, then used guillotine. checked my log, Got the message Ugh, that is going to hurt in the morning, but I got a message saying Can not use Weapon Skill, not enough TP, etc. I was like wtf...both times...Called a GM, did they do anything NO...I used guillotine off the Cursor menu, just to make sure.
4th fight Did it to me again, this time it took me down to 57TP wtf....
5th fight he must die....
So I'm asking if anyone can help me get another Dark Testimony tonight or this weekend so I can own his Maat's azz.

I've got some ENM runs scheduled for tonight, but I might be able to give you hand once those are finished. I should be around on the weekend as well. Send me a /tell when you want to go, and I'll come help if I can. I can come as WAR75 or RDM75, whichever is needed.
As for your fight, something sounds very odd. DRK Maat doesn't have any way to drain TP, does he? Are you doing any equipment swaps that might be killing your TP? Have any weird latent effect gear, or gear with hidden effects?
I'm not familiar with the DRK strategy, but I assume it's similar to the WAR strategy (Sleep for TP, hit your JA's, WS, Icarus Wing, WS, Skillchain, Dead Maat?). If so, try sleeping to more than 100% TP. You should have plenty of time to kill him, and the extra TP will make your first WS stronger, plus whatever is draining TP from you might not drain enough to put you below 100%. On my WAR, I slept to about 250% TP, then hit him a couple times bringing me close to 300% before unleashing my skillchain.

that cannot use ws happened to me first time with ranger, lost my slug shot.
The testomony is in Mon. Cavern near G-3 off Orcish Overlord...>So it's get there kill 3 orcs before we can pull Overlord and then fight is done...he is a Dark knight type and can use BloodWeapon but only lasts for like 3 hits. he is level 72-75. Very easy kill.

Turns out I'm not going out tonight (it's tomorrow) so I'll come. I love running around Davoi trying not to give Dagaz a reason to use RIII.
Oh and this whole cannot use WS thing.
I'm not sure what you guys are talking about specifically, but I can tell you that if you are more than a certain distance from the thing you are trying to use the WS on, it will tell you you cannot use it and then drain all your TP. What's a little screwy is that you can engage them at this distance, and you will not see a 'too far away' message for normal attacks. But it will blow your WS.
Happens to me a lot in BCNM40 if I try to WS from too far out.
