Did Bismarck ban the dropping of Magicked skulls?
I've been 18 for days now and aiming all my efforts to this skull. Out of 20 or so Ghoul deaths I have yet to see a skull -.-

At first I thought "Hey, maybe my MNK fists are just smashing the skulls up..."
But then a high level rdm/thf was kind enough to help me for about an hour (thanks btw) and still no drop.

If you did ban it please tell me >.> If not: AAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!

I have always gotten a decent drop rate on skulls as my monk, no thf sub. ^^

I'm on every evening/night, mostly as Iernhardt, but will gladly help you as Elijah. Just hit me up with a /tell.

That's insane! I'll come seek you out tonight, and drag you to this neat little tower out in SarutaBaruta. You won't be disappointed. When Zam people get together, for group hunts, expecting hours of fun and insanity, fate would always seem to cut our fun short, by making the item drop almost right away.

I finally got my skull =) I'd like to thank Sarven and Akoba (forgive me if i've misspelt) for their help.
