Does anyone know what this does? And where you can find the "holy basil" and "curry powder" ingredients?

The Curry Powder and Holy Basil are both available for sale in the Tenshodo HQ off of Lower Jeuno. Talk to Amalasanda behind the counter. The basil was ~500, and the curry ~725 for me (of course that's fame based, but it's a rough estimate)

The holy basil is also sold at the cooking guild. The curry powder does to on occasion i believe but not often at all if it does.

OK testing it out now... it is so not worth to make - cost around 1300g and sells back for 270g - and doesn't stack.

Effects -my quick testing only: +1 vit, +2 agi, and +1 mp +2 hp on resting. Not sure how long it lasts yet.
