Well, I just calculated out the costs to make this on Quetzalcoatl...

Fire Crystal - 4,800 (on AH)
Black Pepper - 3,240/stack (from region vendor)
Coeurl Meat - 10,000/stack (on AH)
Grape Juice - 8,264/stack (doesn't stack, but grapes from NPC vendor and dark crystals to synth them into 12 juices)
Honey - 3,800/stack (on AH)
Olive Oil - 168/stack (from NPC vendor)
Rock Salt - 180/stack (from NPC vendor)
Selbina Butter - 2,000/stack (on AH)
Wild Onion - 9,000 (on AH)

Total of 41,452 gil to make 12, or about 3,454/piece. Pretty nice, considering they sell for 8k/piece on the AH. I'm gonna have my friend make some for me (and maybe HQ 'em XD), as this is a very nice attack boost food if your base attack is between 273 and 307 (and mine is 279 with WAR sub and TP gear on).

That's a cute little avatar, Kyrial, but I feel compelled to point out that Rikku is actually in FFX.

Stacks to 12

Recipe: Yield 6
HQ1 = 12
HQ2 = 6 Coerl Sub +1 (I cannont confirm either HQ result as I obviously dont have the skill for it yet :P)

Earth Crystal
Coerl Sautee'
Selbina Butter
White Bread
Mithran Tomato
La Theine Cabbage
Crying Mustard

This recipe is similar to the new Taco recipes, in that one main 3 hr food dish is "broken" down into a dish that stacks to 12.

According to the new food posts, this is actually a real good melee food.
However, according to the ingredients, it will be more expensive as well. Grape juice /cry

These are worth 616 guild points. Not worth it unless I got really screwed on some of the items for ingredients.

btw, I don't remember Coeurl Meat being 4k per stack. ><

Total Cost Per Synth: ~2k

You can blame Pet Food Zeta for the Coeurl Meat price.

I've been making pet food zeta for several months and the price of Ceourl Meat was always 4k. THE DAY Yellow Curry was changed (and Meat Mithkabobs became less useful), the price of Ceourl Meat went from 4k to 20k... don't blame the price change on Pet Food Zeta.
